A well-appointed and homely detached cottage, which has been lovingly renovated to a high standard throughout and offers spacious, comfortable accommodation, with the benefit of a ground floor bedroom and games room for the children. With three bedrooms and a spacious open plan living area, this delightful cottage is perfect for all the family. Note: This property sits on the same site as Refs. 2951, 2952, 2953, 4453 and 5741, together they sleep 25.
Caeathro is a small village with a shop and pub, situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, 2 miles from Caernarfon. The town is a popular tourist spot, with its impressive 13th Century castle, well-preserved town walls and attractive waterfront. During the season there are guided tours of the castle and special events including historic pageants. There is also a station for the Welsh Highland Railway, which passes through dramatic scenery.

Welcome gift of biscuits, Welsh cakes and milk very much appreciated. A problem encountered on the last morning was handled swiftly and with good humour. Will probably stay again as did not cover many of the places we wanted to and the location was ideal.
