Ideally located for both summer beach holidays and relaxing winter escapes and just a 5-minute walk from the beach, this bright, spacious, detached dormer bungalow enjoys lovely, unenclosed lawned gardens in a quiet, residential setting.
Criccieth is home to a 13th-century castle, along with a fine selection of shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants. An array of outdoor activities and family attractions are available in the nearby Snowdonia National Park, and the rolling countryside of the Lleyn Peninsula. Just 4 miles away is the harbour town of Porthmadog, the departure point for wonderful steam train journeys on the famous Ffestiniog railway. The village of Portmeirion offers golf, fishing and riding, and is within a short distance of the property. Beach 200 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Gem of a place.Great communication from owner.What a fabulous few days we had at Encil-Y-Mor great house for a family gathering.House was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Two living rooms which are both comfy and warm.All beds were very comfy and all bedrooms a decent size.Kitchen is all kitted out with everything you will need to make a meal we made a great Xmas dinner all the pots and pans we needed were available and the Range cooker was great with the extra oven.Location of this place is excellent 2 min walk to beach and 10 min walk into criccieth. We had a lovely meal in the prince of wales.Thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Encil-Y- Mor and will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at encil-y-mor. Great location 200 yards from the beach, and near to the shops and restuarants in Criccieth. The accommodation is great - very spacious, clean, warm and great value for a family group. Highly recommended!
