About this property

Overlooking the stunning waters of Cardigan Bay, on the Llyn Peninsula, is this striking four-storey holiday home, Enfys. Perfectly positioned to explore the rugged coastline of North Wales, Enfys is the idyllic base for your next group celebration. Stepping into the property, dust off your sandy toes in the hallway before continuing through to the open-plan living/dining area, fabulously decorated with a traditional décor and boasting ample seating, inviting you to nestle in and enjoy a movie night with your loved ones after a busy day. After working up an appetite, head through to the kitchen, where you can enjoy a refreshing glass of wine with a seat at the breakfast bar as the designated chef cooks up a storm on the rustic range cooker, serving the kids first in the adjoining dining space before gathering the adults around the wooden table to indulge. In the warmer weather, take your dining experience outdoors with a seat on the private patio, soaking in the fresh sea breeze. Escape the excitement and head upstairs to the first-floor sitting room, framing breath-taking views of the waves as they envelop the sand through the bay window, and enjoy a moments peace as you delve into a captivating book. Across the way is a king-size bedroom, benefiting from its own en-suite bathroom, alongside a double room with access to an en-suite shower, for your convenience. Head upstairs where you’ll find a second king-size bedroom, boasting a remarkable en-suite bathroom featuring an elegant free-standing bath as well as a spacious walk-in shower cubicle. Continuing up another set of stairs you’ll reach the third floor, homing a twin room and two further king-size bedrooms, where you can wake up in the morning in one of the rooms to the captivating views across the glorious water. Servicing the property is a family bathroom, fit with a bath and overhead shower, giving guests the choice to enjoy a leisurely soak in the tub, or a quick morning rinse. Head off on foot to explore your surroundings, spending a fun-filled day at Marine Beach, backed by the glorious colourful Victorian houses that line the promenade, or discover the heritage of the medieval fortress at Castell Criccieth, nestled on the rocky peninsula, boasting breath-taking views across the scenic waters of Tremadog Bay. Venture further afield to the popular seaside village of Abersoch, enveloped in marvellous stretches of glorious golden sand, housing quaint beach huts, where you can test your swing at the 18-hole golf course, or enjoy a leisurely stroll around the scenic marina as the yachts sail in. Within easy reach is the fabulous landscape of Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), where outdoor adventurers can tackle the climb to the summit of Mount Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales, stretching views as far as Ireland on a clear day. Choose a stay at Enfys for your next group celebration to Wales.

Very spacious house, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, lots of board games, books and area guides, spectacular views, fantastic location. We have been staying in cottages in Wales for 16 years and this is one of the best we've stayed in, it's very homely and everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay. We had a beautiful welcome basket too on arrival which was a lovely surprise and milk and butter in the fridge. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for a lovely week, we would love to return.

There is plenty of literature about days out and what is going on in the local area.

All enjoyed our stay and made good use of the pool table. Lots to do locally, beautiful coastal and inland walks. Could never tire of sitting in the first floor lounge watching the sea and the sky whatever the weather outside.
