A stylish and comfortable first floor apartment, in the heart of the pretty, unspoilt and picturesque seaside village of Borth-y-Gest, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales and only a mile from the harbour town of Porthmadog. This lovely coastal apartment is ideal for couples, friends and a family, and being so close to the beach and harbour will appeal to anyone looking for that seaside escape. The apartment is well presented and offers spacious accommodation with open-plan living space with a well-appointed kitchen area, dining area and sitting area, boasting stunning views from the 16 foot wide floor to ceiling panoramic windows which offers superb views of the bay and beach towards the Cardigan Bay coastline, Harlech and Portmeirion and the mountains beyond. There are two stylish bedrooms, the main bedroom benefits from having a super king-size bed and large fitted wardrobe. A modern, well-appointed shower room with separate WC completes this delightful apartment. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a fantastic links golf course only five minutes' away in Morfa Bychan, Royal St.David's golf course in Harlech, beautiful sandy beaches, and Porthmadog with its harbour and three steam railways can be reached in 15 minutes' along a coastal walk. A short drive away is the superb Italianate village and gardens of Portmeirion, which is well worth a visit. Further afield, all the attractions within and around the Snowdonia National Park are easily reached, including many CADW sites and historic castles and for the more adventurous Zip World Titan with its zip wires. This wonderful apartment will provide you with an ideal base to explore the delights of the area with your family and friends, any time of the year.
Borth-y-Gest is an idyllic Welsh village, home to stunning Victorian houses and picturesque views over the estuary. Alongside its sandy coves and beautiful beaches, the village hosts two bistros and a coffee lounge, perfect for an afternoon snack. In close reach of Moel-y-Gest, it's the perfect place for walkers and wildlife watchers, as well as Snowdonia National Park being accessible too.

Fiona and family are lovely hosts. Borth y Gest and the surrounding area is a great place to explore. Beaches are fantastic.

The property was spotless and extremely comfortable - so much so it was a struggle to drag ourselves away from the stunning and ever changing views, to explore the surrounding area! It really is a perfect spot. The owner, Fiona, had thought of everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Furthermore, she was so kind and attentive when my companion had a fall, repeatedly checking up on how he was. We would not hesitate to recommend Sea View Apartment. The icing on the cake - literally - was sampling the goodies in the adjoining bistro!
