I recommend, because of the wonderful location. However there should be a warning about the steep and narrow stairs and the kitchen cupboards which are difficult to open if one has arthritis, and the idiosyncratic heating, which we never fully mastered, despite having five degrees between the two of us.

What a gem Estuary View is, really well equipped kitchen with views over the Estuary. Added touch of binoculars for you to view the wildlife. Lots of information books detailing places to go, walks to complete and things to see. The furniture is all very comfortable and well looked after, the home is spotlessly clean throughout. Double bedroom and bunk beds downstairs and a twin bedroom upstairs, plenty of extra bedding/blankets if they are needed and loads of storage space. We did need to take our own towels but that wasn't an issue for us. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, slow cooker and cafitiere and a Tesco just down the road. Lovely pub called The Ship just a short walk away serving nice meals and a great chippy on the high street. Other shops in the area to note is a GO Outdoors and a B and M. Parking is right outside the property and the steam railway is by the entrance to the complex. All in all we couldn't fault this property.
