About this property

Thank you for looking at our family caravan that we are looking to let out during times that we are not able to use it, through work commitments or more likely, junior football for out 11 and 9 year old boys.

The caravan itself is in a ideally location, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach in one direction and the club/entertainment complex a 2 minute walk in the other direction. We love it's location and I'm sure anyone hiring our caravan will think the same.

There is a tarmac parking space for 1 car and a further space for a second car on the grass should it be needed.

Inside the caravan:

Open plan Lounge/Dining Room - Large L-Shaped sofa including cushions, large flat screen TV (Netflix included) with Blue-Ray/DVD player, selection of DVD's which are free to use, Private Wi-Fi included which works well most of the time. Dining room table with wrap around seating and 2no additional stools.

Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need to use during your stay including; microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, air fryer, etc. Als0 includes ironing board, iron and hoover.

Bathroom 1 - Shower, toilet and basin. Towels are not included.

Bathroom 2 - Toilet and basin. Towels are not included.

Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom) - Double bed, bedside shelves, wardrobe and 4-draw storage unit. bed linen not included although duvets and pillows provided.

Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, wardrobe, bed linen not included although duvets and pillows provided. Beds can be pushed together to make a double.

Bedroom 3 - Two single beds, wardrobe, bed linen not included although duvets and pillows provided. Beds can be pushed together to make a double.

Outside the caravan benefits from decking along the two thirds of the south east side of the van, ideal for chilling on the rattan sofa's with a drink sun-bathing, weather permitting ;-). Cushions are not left outside, these are stored underneath the beds within the caravan.

Generally speaking, pets are not allowed although if this is something you really wish then please make contact before booking to discuss.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland railway where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog or Caernarfon. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast. Situated on a rugged clifftop on its own private peninsula, Portmeirion, famous as the location of the TV show The Prisoner and the final episode of Cold Feet, is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and woodlands. The area also boasts castles at Criccieth and Harlech, and superb unspoilt beaches such as Black Rock Sands, where the sands stretch as far as the eye can see. Also within reach is the famous Zip World Slate Caverns and Bounce Below where you can get involved with a variety of activities including the thrilling zip wires and underground caverns to explore; there is something here to suit the whole family. An ideal location for the attractions of Snowdonia and the The Llyn Peninsula.
