The property is described as a home from home, with a well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches like toys and books.

The majority of guests found the cottage very clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, a few mentioned minor issues with cleanliness, such as cobwebs, which slightly impacted the overall impression.

The cottage's location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, local shops, and Porthmadog. It is considered ideal for exploring the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia, making it a perfect spot for holidaymakers.

This has been the best accommodation we have stayed in - exceptionally clean , well equipped and perfect for a multigenerational stay . Booked again for 2027

The bedrooms are not large but the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and both the lounge and conservatory were comfortable. Having stayed in several Sykes cottages, we now place great focus on the lounge seating. Low backed chairs and sofas are not for us and we were able to tell from the website photographs that these would meet our needs.
