Guests say

Guests have praised the property for its stunning sea views, comfortable and spacious accommodation, and proximity to the beach and local amenities. The upside-down layout maximises the views, and the balcony is a highlight for many. While some guests mentioned minor issues with maintenance and cleanliness, the overall experience is reported to be enjoyable, with many expressing a desire to return.

The property generally receives positive remarks on cleanliness, but there are instances of overlooked areas and items from previous guests. A more thorough cleaning between stays has been suggested.

The location is highly praised for its amazing sea views and proximity to the beach and shops. It's considered peaceful, with easy access to local attractions, although the town's appeal could be improved.

The property is described as cosy, warm, and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a relaxing atmosphere. However, some guests noted issues with heating and the duvet being too hot.

Facilities are generally good, with a well-maintained property and essential appliances. However, guests have noted a lack of kitchenware, non-working vacuum cleaner, and issues with the fridge/freezer, suggesting room for improvement in maintenance.

There is insufficient information to assess thoughtfulness as it relates to gifts, as they are not consistently mentioned across reviews. Therefore, this score cannot be provided.

The balcony was amazing. Great location for the beach and the amenities in Pwllheli. Although we enjoyed our stay we felt there we things lacking in the property. There was only 6 of everything meaning you had to keep washing up. There were no serving spoons or dishes and only one baking tray The one bedroom had no towels but we did find 3 used towels in the master wardrobe The garden was desperately in need of some TLC

!! Fabulous outlook and sea view but not a great position in terms of resort. The town is run down and has no "visitor/tourist" features. Good base for visiting Nth Wales coast and Snowdon. A welcome pack of bread, milk and local biscuits/cake would have been great.
