The property offers a convenient location with easy access to the sea, harbour, and local amenities. Guests have appreciated the property's position for exploring North Wales and the thoughtful welcome basket. However, there are mixed feelings about the property's cleanliness and maintenance, with some guests reporting issues with rubbish disposal and cleanliness upon arrival.
Reviews indicate concerns with cleanliness, including overflowing bins, uncleaned windows, and mould in the shower. Some guests found the property clean, but the negative comments suggest room for improvement.
The property is praised for its location, with easy access to the beach, marina, shops, and a large Asda. It is also considered a good base for exploring the area.
Guests have mixed feelings about comfort; some found the property cosy and adequate, while others reported uncomfortable beds and seating. The steep stairs and low ceilings were also noted.
Facilities received mixed reviews. Some guests were satisfied with the amenities provided, while others reported issues with Wi-Fi, broken appliances, and maintenance needs.

Great location for marina, town centre and an Asda a few minutes walk away. Fantastic value for money, would highly recommend. Waste removal is an issue as a neighbour told us the bin only gets emptied every 3 weeks, didn't realise it was full or we would have taken rubbish out with us every couple of days to dispose of in a bin somewhere, as we have done with previous cottages. Would definitely book again if in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, and we were greeted with a cute little welcome basket upon arrival. It was perfect for our family. Having a travel cot and high chair at the property would have made things slightly easier, but I understand space and storage might be an issue. The garden and decking area is very peaceful and a real sun trap. It was wonderful to sit and enjoy the glorious weather. The property is a short walk to the harbor, town center, and beach, and other towns are just a short drive away if you want to explore more areas.

The beds were disgusting, the bed linen was extremely worn, no pillow protectors, the pillows themselves were heavily worn and flat, ancient mattresses in the bunk. None of us slept well, we decided to leave the next morning, we carried our our obligations of stripping the bedding, and I really wish we hadn't, the duvet in the top bunk had appalling stains, huge rings of what looked like blood. The internet did not work at all for the TV or to connect our phones, we phoned the housekeepers twice and their only advice was to switch it off and on, this did not work. The heater in the bedroom did not work, the electric log effect fire in the living room did not work. The kitchen had rusting to the extractor and drawer handles, the shower room had the rustiest bin I have ever seen and the light fitting was full of green algae And the shower had not been cleaned properly. I have photos which I wish to share. We are seeking a refund for the night that we did not stay as we had to seek alternative accommodation. These issues are basic hygiene and maintenance and the property should not be let in this condition.
