Bryn Lleuddad cottage is appreciated for its spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen, and good location close to beaches and coastal walks. The property's cleanliness and comfort of beds have received mixed feedback, with some guests finding issues, while others had a comfortable stay. The garden and maintenance aspects also garnered mixed reviews.
Cleanliness has been a concern for several guests, with reports of superficial cleaning, cobwebs, and dust. Some guests found food remnants and dirty windows, suggesting inconsistency in cleaning standards.
The location is generally praised for its proximity to beaches and coastal walks, though some guests noted the need to travel for attractions and amenities. The remote setting is seen as both a positive and a negative.
Comfort has been compromised for some guests due to uncomfortable and noisy beds, with one guest resorting to sleeping on a sofa. However, others found the property spacious and comfortable.
Facilities are well-regarded in terms of kitchen equipment and living spaces. However, maintenance issues such as a problematic wood burning fire, broken appliances, and PAT testing concerns affect the score.
There is insufficient information regarding thoughtfulness, such as the provision of gifts or special touches, to accurately assess this category.

Has everything you need. Beds are a little uncomfortable but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week at the cottage.

!!! if you do book this cottage please consider sleeping in a car park a night before so that you are prepared for how rock hard the beds are. i had to buy a thick duvet to try to cushion it but that didn't really do anything so in the end i slept on top of the  duvet as well leaving me with nothing as there is no spare bedding in the cottage. I cannot emphasize enough how awful the beds are. when we arrived the garden was full of dog poo which we had to clean up and the bins overflowing which sykes never contacted us back about. the cleanliness was ok but there are a lot of woodlice everywhere and the windows are filthy. Some of the appliances are NOT PAT tested!! This could be a great cottage if they sorted the beds and the rubbish out as the space is good.

The coast path and beaches of the Llyn Peninsular are beautiful. The cottage has lots to recommend it and I would go back. It has all the kitchen equipment you need and the sitting rooms are comfortable. however, I would not be the first, from reading the visitors book, to say that the bed in the main bedroom does need replacing. It is uncomfortable and noisy when you turn over. The garden is covered in slate to supress the weeds but you can't just then leave it. It is now very overgrown with tall grass along all the paths and the bramble is now taking over. It just needs someone to go and spend a bit of time pulling up and cutting back. DVD player not working despite putting in new batteries. Does the ITV signal always go off at 9.30?! And no Wifi but lots of attempt has been made to get it if the yards of wiring is anything to go by. So all very fixable. And Penllech beach is so close and the coast path in either direction just great.
