The cottage was well situated, clean and tidy, with all the amenities you'd need. Easy access to local walks, especially nice was the secluded local beach, plus it's close to many coastal villages and towns. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, explaining about the mines we saw. A lovely place to stay in an area that's excellent to explore. I'd highly recommend a visit.

A nice little cottage!!We were a family of 5, the cottage had everything we needed. The surrounding country side was picturesque. The kids loved the beaches and the small town of Pwllheli. Salfur was a beautiful station for us to stay and visit the beaches and surrounding countryside. The weather was perfect too. The town was 30 min drive and the beaches were 10-20 min drive from the cottage. We loved our time at Salfur- 1 week just flew by!!! The owner was very courteous and polite; she always responded to our messages and called us prior to our visit to explain everything. We can't thank enough and hope to visit Salfur again:).

Salfur was a great cottage for three adults to stay in when attending the local Poetry Festival. It was spotlessly clean, accurately described in the advertisement and just right for our needs.
