The home was good quality but lack of maintenance and deep cleaning spoilt it. Broken fencing with upward facing nailsMain oven not workingToaster socket not workingMain bathroom sink blocked- why did the cleaner not sort this?The shower head holder in main bathroom not secure kept falling offMain bedroom window warped not closingSmoke alarm constantly bleeping needed a new battery. Why did the cleaner not replace it? Then when a battery was provided we had to put it in ourselves.Cooking trays extremely greasyHaving only one shower in the main bedroom is not enough for larger groups. Would benefit from a shower in the main bathroom too.Could do with hooks on the doors or in hallway for coats.Need to make clear the pool is closed from October. The welcome pack was great. The beds very cosy and comfortable. The home is equipped with everything you need. Central for visiting surrounding area. Site clean and grounds well maintained. Overall we had a lovely stay but would have been better without all the issues above. The owner did attempt to rectify some of the issues.
