Tucked away at the end of a lane filled with wild flowers, this converted former farm building enjoys spacious lawned gardens and is surrounded by wildlife and distant sea views over rolling green fields. Within easy reach, there is much to see and do including castles, steam trains, superb coastal walking, sandy beaches, interesting rocky coves, cycling and an abundance of interesting shops and galleries. Enjoy boat trips from fashionable Abersoch round the St. Tudwal’s Islands to fish, bird watch or spot seals, or for the more adventurous, a myriad of outdoor pursuits can be found in the Snowdonia National Park.

Wonderful cottage in a beautiful, peaceful location. The cottage is huge inside but very homely, clean and comfortable . It is surrounded by fields and a lovely safe garden for our little dog. We loved it so much we didn’t want leave and come back to the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is difficult to find but once found it’s quite easy, drive carefully on the very narrow country lanes just remember it is a farming community with tractors. It is a very long way from where we live in Berkshire 7-8hrs driving but well worth the journey. Will we be back, definitely yes just to recharge our batteries, so to speak. Enjoy Eyri, and North Wales and all it has to offer, Anglesey and surrounding beaches are fabulous although not many accommodate dogs between 1 April to 30th September. Fabulous watching the RAF fighter jets fly over, you can download Flightradar24 this allows you track their whereabouts especially the amazing courage of the pilots flying the famous and beautiful Mach Loop. Sgubor Wennol Ty Du is a wonderful barn conversion, great for a multi- generational family.We had an amazing week here, the property is really home from home and superbly fitted out and equipped with everything you could possibly need.The property is quite rural, so was absolutely perfect to view the eclipse, but within easy reach of great beaches for our young granddaughter. Would definitely visit again
