Guests say

Guests have praised the holiday rental for its well-maintained condition, comfortable furnishings, and proximity to the beach. The enclosed garden and pet-friendly amenities are appreciated, as are the well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches. While there was an issue with hot water and a mirror incident, these seem to be isolated events in an otherwise highly recommended property.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of reviews highlight the property's cleanliness, describing it as spotless and well-maintained. One negative comment regarding maintenance does not significantly impact the overall high standard observed by guests.

The location is consistently praised for its proximity to the beach and local amenities, with guests appreciating the easy access to nearby attractions and the seafront.

Guests find the property comfortable, mentioning quality beds, linen, and furnishings. The presence of a Christmas tree during a festive stay and the overall cosiness of the property contribute to the comfort experienced by visitors.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. However, the lack of hot water for one guest and the mention of only one shower affect the score, indicating room for improvement in maintenance and facilities.

The property's attention to detail is noted, with provisions for dogs and beach towels being a bonus. Although a welcome pack was missed by one guest, the overall thoughtfulness is evident. It should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and not a guaranteed amenity.

It was clean, comfortable, home from home. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need with games for wet days. Just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beaches and places to eat. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Really well equipped, lovely and clean and comfortable and lots of thoughtful touches which were much appreciated. The house itself is in a great location, and it was such a treat to walk along the Aberavon Beach seafront every night. (We were exceptionally lucky with the weather the week we visited, so maybe it's not always so enjoyable!) This was a good base to explore a bit of South Wales and we visited Porthcawl, Mumbles and Margam Country Park while we were there. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The property was perfect for us (with 2 dogs) as the garden had a high fence and hard floors! The attention to detail was very much appreciated and the house was spotless. And literally a minute away from the beach. As someone who was born and brought up here but now lives 200 miles away, I hope to keep coming back here!
