This country property is located on a working farm yet just a couple of miles from the stunning coastline. The semi-detached farmhouse is set just off Dale Road and backs onto rolling countryside, so is ideally positioned for walkers and beach lovers with Broad Haven North and Little Haven less than three miles. The castle town of Haverfordwest is close by offering lots of retail choices and plenty of interesting eateries. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with stunning coastal path makes this an ever-popular destination. For the thrill seekers Oakwood theme park is a short drive and boasts the longest wooden roller coaster ride in Europe. There are plenty of attractions for all ages and many historical attractions nearby.

Enter this spacious country retreat, into the kitchen/diner, with double height ceiling and beams adding lots of character. This well-equipped space has a fabulous range electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A farmhouse door leads to the comfortable lounge with quirky barrel tables and a wood burner; a cosy addition to the central heating. From the kitchen area, there is a dog-leg staircase to the first floor, from here there are two bedrooms, the first is a good-sized double, with feature fireplace, dressing table, built-in wardrobe and rural views. The second is a twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a king-size on request), making this suitable for families and couples alike. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Externally, there is a lovely, enclosed garden with sunny aspect, lawn, decked area and BBQ.
