Desperately needs the following 1) welcome folder with instructions 2) burn marks and worn out carpet in places 3) drain and fix dishwasher 4) change shower head ( flys off when in use) 5) remove dog mes stains on landing carpet 6) Broken downstairs toilet seat 7) paint wall above master bedroom ( full of mismatched filler and cracks) 8) Purchase vacuum cleaner 9 ) fix all dripping taps 10) remove blind in downstairs bedroom and rotate 180, it would then block the light 11) purchase more mirrors 12) Small couch only suitable for 2 people, if you have more than 2 people, youre sitting on the floor! 13) Shower door has fallen off multiple times over the years 14) TV Ariel in bedroom, gives terrible signal strength 15) No Microwave 16) Small counter top fridge with icebox that drips onto fridge below 17) Slow response and broken promises by management company Generally an old and tired property that needs a serious rehab. Would not recommend!

Neptune nest was spotlesly clean. Broad Haven is beautiful and the beach is just a stones throw away. The flat is very dated and does need modernising. The dishwasher didnt work and we did struggle with relaxing in the living room as there were not enough seats. The beds were comfortable and again, the bedrooms were very clean. We didnt bother to cook in the kitchen as the area was very small and the dishwasher not working. Good parking facilities and local supermarket just next door.

The Fridge is to small, no Teapot in the House. The cutlery is very inclompete,the Chairs are uncomfortable.The Light outside at the stairs are dangerous.There is many of work for the owner .
