The spacious open plan living area, incorporating a bespoke, well-equipped kitchen, the ’cwtch’ and dining area is perfect for family and friends enjoying time together. Opposite is the living room with leather sofas and TV. Both rooms have splendid waterway views. Two of the three comfy bedrooms on the first floor enjoy views of the waterway. Children will love the ’games room’ with a large TV, day bed and games console. A front patio is a great place for sunny breakfasts, with the more secluded expansive landscaped garden to the rear, with panoramic views and stunning patio area. While away blissful hours in perfect peace and privacy in the fantastic front garden (located just opposite the cottage) sitting above Hazelbeach. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the splendid river views on the decked area or from the idyllic summer house. Hazelbeach is a central point from which to access all the beautiful beaches and activities which Pembrokeshire has to offer. We loved our holiday at Beach House. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean and in a great location for exploring the local area, with Freshwater West Beach, Saundersfoot and Tenby only around 30 minutes drive away and plenty of activities nearby too. Handy for supermarkets such as Aldi and Tesco in nearby Pembroke Dock and some excellent places to eat out - we loved the Welsh Lamb Roast at the Jolly Sailor.It was great watching the world go by on the estuary including the ferry and other boats, and we had a special treat of seeing dolphins one morning too as well as a seal. My son loved going crabbing off the pier just down the road.My only, very minor, gripes would be that the fitted sheet on the master bed did not fit the deep mattress so it pinged up during the night which was irritating and he duvet was much too thick and heavy for summer. You also cannot keep the master bedroom door closed with the window open as it rattles constantly.The house is very well equipped overall, but did not have an airer which would be a very useful and cheap addition to the property.I expect we will return as we loved it!

We had a wonderful week at Beach House cottage. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped and made a perfect base for exploring the lovely Pembrokeshire coast. We especially loved the sun deck overlooking the estuary - a perfect spot to enjoy a book with a glass of wine! We enjoyed day trips to Pembroke Castle, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Freshwater West, Broad Haven South and Barafundle Bay.

Absolutely beautiful , clean and everything we needed! Location is beautiful , watching the tide and boats everyday from the perfect summerhouse! Near to Pembroke castle, main food retails and some beautiful views and beaches.We enjoyed our week there and felt very spoilt, perfect with children with WiFi and games room Highly recommend , already planning next years stay
