It was just my dog and I. We had everything we needed and set on a lovely property, which you share with other guests. The hut is cosy with all that you need. The owner was helpful and he and his team do a great job. It was lovely and clean and I hopefully left it so too esp. with a dog. Loved walking the grounds and local area with my dog too. He was very intrigued by the alpacas.

On arrival we found this already occupied and had to stay in the hurdle. Upsetting as we had paid extra for the Crook. To date there has been no refund of the original cost difference. I would also like to add that in my opinion the electric hob is dangerous. The dial markings were worn away and it was difficult to set the temperature or to turn it off - I resorted to pulling the circuit breaker out. The shower has a mind of its own changing from hot to cold on its own.

Cobwebs throughout. Towels were stained. All items used out of cupboards were visibly dirty and needed washing before use. Dead fly on shower tray noticed on arrival. Unpleasant smell coming from mat/curtains. General cleanliness of accommodation was below an acceptable standard. Hut very uncomfortable and not what we were hoping for. Ended our break a day early to return home.
