Hazel Nook is a charming and cosy shepherds hut in Narberth, appreciated for its comfort, quaintness, and proximity to local attractions. Guests enjoy the peaceful garden, the comfortable bed, and the clean facilities, though some mention the noise from the nearby road. The property is well-regarded as a base for exploring Pembrokeshire's countryside and coast.
Most guests found Hazel Nook clean and tidy, with particular praise for the immaculate shower and toilet facilities. However, a few guests mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as hair in the shower plug hole, which slightly lowers the score.
The location is generally praised for its proximity to Narberth, Tenby, and Pembrokeshire's attractions. The convenience of local walks and the accessibility to the coast are positives. However, the proximity to a busy road and the associated noise affected some guests' experiences.
Guests frequently compliment the comfort of the shepherds hut, especially the bed, and find the space cosy and snug. The comfort of the amenities provided for a short stay is also highlighted, contributing to a high comfort score.
Facilities such as the separate toilet and shower room, utility room with laundry machines, and garden space are well-received. However, some guests noted the lack of hot water in the hut and the absence of a fridge or cooker, which suggests room for improvement.
While some guests mentioned welcome gifts and appreciated the hosts' helpfulness, there is not enough consistent information across the reviews to accurately assess the level of thoughtfulness in terms of gifts. Therefore, this score is set to null, and guests should note that such amenities are subject to change and may not be guaranteed.

Good fun to stay in a shepherds hut and it was very well equipped and comfy.

Not a complaint but improvements that could be made. The freezer door of the fridge was missing. The caravan was clean and tidy but as dogs are welcome it did smell of dogs. The washing line needs to be replaced and placed in a better position. Stated it had a bbq but this was missing. Bed a little hard to access as need to climb over it to get to the side next to the wall. However, it was a nice place to stay. Plenty of outside room and space to park car. The outside shower block was well equipped and a powerful shower. Caravan site close to many places. Had a pleasant stay there and would recommend staying there.

Great as a base, a bed for the night in a great area (Pembrokeshire) Quite noisy on that road though.
