Accommodation Comprises:

Bell Tree House sleeps up to 14 guests in six bedrooms with five bathrooms. Accommodation is spread over three floors.

Ground Floor

Large open-plan living space with solid chestnut floors, sofas seating 12, 50” Sky TV, DVD/CD player, board games, books and DVDs

Dining area with table seating 12 and 4 at the bar

Hand-built oak kitchen with range cooker (gas hob and electric oven), fridge freezer, wine cooler, extra fridge drawers, microwave, built-in coffee maker, waste disposal unit and two sinks

2 king-size bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom

There is also a children’s adventure play area with swing, slide and climbing frame. Parking is available for 4 cars, with an additional space usually available on request.

Additional Information: Bed linen is provided. Guests to bring bath and beach towels. Three travel cots and two highchairs are available. Please request these when booking and bring cot bedding. Two dogs are welcome free of charge and additional dogs are permitted at a charge of £25 per dog per stay.
