The cottage is not all on the ground floor so beware. However it had a lovely feel and is warm. The staff are just wonderful. A little bit under equipped in the kitchen but manageable. Everything works as it should. The bed is comfortable but I did find the sofas uncomfortable. The cushions are joined and it’s squishy so if your partner is heavier than you, you find the seat sloping towards them (there are two so you can sit apart if there are only two of you). The garden is perfect for the dogs to nip out and the grounds perfect for excercising (them even off lead once you have left the cottages). We would definitely recommend the cottage. Heating is easy to use and you have access to Lydstep beach through the other Haven site a very short drive away. The fact that the beach is in private grounds means it’s nice and quiet. You can also use the typical caravan site pub etc down there.
