Meadow Farm was excellent. Plenty of space for everyone.Usually we get a leaflet/book when bins are emptied, what to do with the bed linen at the end of the stay etc. However no book was there. Usually they are very helpful. However we really had a good stay and would certainly recommend this property to other families. Very good location and easy walk down to the town.

Fabulous cottage, recently renovated, large communal areas, 2 on suite rooms, one of which is downstairs, there is also an additional WC downstairs and a family bathroom upstairs. Kitchen very well equipped with two fridges and a wine fridge. Lots of parking outside cottage, good size private garden and about a 10 minute walk into town. Would return. The picture of the house shown is old, now has a new extension.

The house is really big and has everything you need, so much room, it's in a lovely place, quiet and peaceful, and not too far from the town and easily walkable, great for family's. With so many places to visit close by it's a great location. But we did have some issues during our stay. The conservatory door was broken for the whole of our stay, we were unable to secure the property if we went out. If someone had access to the garden anyone could of walked in. When I reported it I was told by the owner that they were aware and it would be fixed. I think we should of been warned about it before we arrived. Secondly the showers upstairs were only luke warm, the taps were fine, just not the showers. The water never got hot, again this was reported to the owner but not fixed while we were there. Lastly we don't believe the house was cleaned to a high standard, there were a large number of cobwebs around when we arrived and a dead spider was found squashed on the bathroom tiles. We found the beds hard, but that is a personal preference. The house has a lot of potential and will make a fantastic holiday home and if these points are fixed, I would recommend it.
