    On entering the property it felt cold and the windows were dirty around the edges and you couldn’t see out of the kitchen window. There was a broken chair in the lounge and a broken table in the kitchen which I temporarily mended. Little things like pen on sofa and cobwebs and no heating instructions although I was told they were in tv cabinet. But the worse thing of all was blood on the quilt. This is a big no, no, I went and bought a new quilt and cover, So feel very let down on this occasion and would like a response
