This was my second stay at this house. The first time was when it had been refurbished and was all brand new. The house is still lovely and can cater for large groups as it can easily sleep 8 in comfort. It is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a parking space outside which makes life easy when you arrive or come back from a day out. There are two local pubs, and a very useful village shop for essentials, all in walking distance. The house was a bit tired in places, carpets need renewing, and a lick of paint here or there, but it’s a holiday cottage that lets you bring your family and dogs, so it can’t be perfect. Our host was on hand without getting in the way, and was only a message away if we needed anything. Would stay here again no doubt, and look forward to coming back to a beautiful village.
