Fantastic stay at Jackdaw cottage with our two dogs. Comfy beds, very clean, cosy stay with ample safe space for the dogs. Daughter was particularly happy with the generous sized towels and girls loved the twin room.We had lots of rain but still enjoyed visiting the local area with the dogs.Would love to come back one day!

Jackdaw cottage is a truly authentic Welsh experience, quiet and secluded. We've been to Knighton several times and it's the mid-Wales capital of anyone wishing to have a walking trail base, as the major trails intersect here. The cottage is quirky, with a large enclosed garden and is a 10-15 minute walk into the town. At least 3 good pubs to dine out in, particularly the Horse & Jockey. Ludlow is a must visit, being 30 minutes away, great landscapes all around.
