Tynddol Barn is highly praised for its tasteful conversion, peaceful countryside setting, and cleanliness. Guests enjoyed the privacy, stunning views, and wildlife. The hot tub and log burner are recurrent highlights, contributing to the property's homely feel. While some minor issues were noted, the overall sentiment is extremely positive, with many guests planning to return.
The property is consistently described as spotless and well-maintained, with numerous guests specifically mentioning the cleanliness. One review mentioned smelly towels, but this seems to be an isolated incident not corroborated by other reviews.
The location is celebrated for its tranquillity, beautiful Welsh countryside, and wildlife. Some guests mentioned the distance to towns and supermarkets, but this was expected and did not detract from the overall experience.
Guests found the barn very comfortable, with cosy furnishings and a homely atmosphere. The presence of a log burner and private hot tub added to the comfort. All bedrooms having televisions was a pleasant surprise for some.
Facilities like the fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, and log burner are frequently commended. However, some guests reported maintenance issues such as broken hot tub handles and slippery outdoor areas, which suggests room for improvement.
