The property is just 8 miles from Builth Wells, home to the Royal Welsh Showground which hosts many events throughout the year.  Visit the lakes in Llandrindod Wells, walk around the Rock Spa Park and enjoy the scenery.  The National Cycle Museum in Llandrindod Wells is also well worth a visit.  For those wanting to go further afield, then the Elan Valley is approximately 10 miles away, where there are plenty of walk and cycle trails to explore, along with fabulous dams.  There are also a number of waterfalls to explore within a short drive.  The Brecon Beacons have a wide variety of walks for all level of walkers and plenty of stunning views to take in and is just a 50-minute drive away.  There are golf courses in Llandrindod Well. . .
