Guests have consistently praised the Collfryn cottage for its high standard of accommodation, cleanliness, and idyllic rural setting. The property offers a tranquil retreat with stunning views, a welcoming atmosphere, and a hot tub for relaxation. Its charm and comfort have made it a top choice for many, with several visitors expressing a desire to return.
Reviewers frequently mention the spotless condition of the cottage, indicating a very high level of cleanliness that contributes significantly to the overall experience.
The location is highly praised for its beauty and tranquillity, with easy access to local attractions. However, one mention of a steep and bendy approach road suggests that while the location is excellent, it may pose a challenge for some vehicles.
Comfort is a recurring theme, with guests finding the cottage faultlessly clean and comfortable. The presence of a large hot tub and the property's peaceful nature contribute to a comfortable stay.
Facilities are well-regarded, with mentions of a lovely welcome basket and regular firewood top-ups. However, one review suggests that while the cottage has enough modern conveniences, it may not have all the latest gadgets, slightly affecting the score.
The thoughtfulness of the owners is evident through the provision of welcome baskets and attentive hospitality. While such gestures are appreciated, guests should note that these are personal touches and may vary with each stay.

Very quiet and we were blessed with wonderful weather, so spent much time out of doors. Great bird spotting area including buzzards and red kites. The kitchen area was well equipped with a range of pots and pans plus cooking aids. Owners friendly and quick to respond to any questions or problems. Good beaches less than an hour away and excellent food at The Brigands for a night out. Would definitely return.

Would definitely recommend going.

Otherwise, couldn't recommend it more highly IF you want somewhere off the beaten track where nature is your neighbour.
