A couple of things: - the selection of crockery / cooking vessels is inadequate. One small saucepan and two huge ones isn’t helpful and the selections of plates / bowls was strange (tiny cheap bowls or enormous ones, no side plates at all, only 7 knives) and not in keeping with the rest of the cottage facilities. Wouldn’t be hard to fix and would make a difference. Good mugs though! - there was dog poo left by the previous occupants which we had to pick up. - we received a phone call on the way home about the whereabouts of a blanket which wasn’t at the cottage for any of our stay. We didn’t feel believed and were left feeling that the cleaner believed we stole it. Left a nasty taste for us. We can’t prove something wasn’t there but we definitely didn’t take anything that wasn’t ours. All that aside, the cottage was warm, spacious, comfortable and well located. We would stay again and recommend it to others. The EV charger is a great asset. Thank you for our stay.

I requested a hoover and the owner delivered it the same day. Recommendations: Curtains in the bedrooms, as the blinds do let quite a lot of light in. (Not a problem during darker months obviously). A whisk, measuring jug and a potato masher would be great but I know most people eat out. Both double beds had soft mattresses, again this is personal preference. Unusual not to have pillow and mattress protectors. Garden area up the steps was great, as the dog enjoyed a sniff. Lovely view across the valley. Overall nice house with great potential.

Could there possibly be a microwave maybe on a bracket. and a few more utilities .The bathroom shower does need the filter changing as the water was not emptying as it should. If we had the chance we would use this property again.
