While minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

The majority of guests find the property comfortable, noting its cosy atmosphere and well-furnished spaces. Some guests suggest improvements to bedding and seating, indicating slight room for enhancement in comfort.
Facilities are generally well-received, with the property being well-equipped for a comfortable holiday. However, guests mention a few maintenance issues and a desire for clearer instructions for appliances, indicating that while facilities are good, there is scope for improvement.
The thoughtfulness of the hosts is evident through mentions of welcome packs and quick responses to queries. While these gestures are greatly appreciated, it is noted that such personal touches, although common, should not be expected with every stay.

We are so pleased that we chose Sealyons , the bungalow is just beautiful, such attention to detail a real holiday by the sea home . It is comfortable , warm and well equipped with everything you might use at home. We cooked meals , enjoyed eating at the lovely dining table with superb views and then relaxing in the living room in the evenings . We werenât expecting great weather staying in April however we managed to get out and about every day but the bungalow was perfect to come back to and just relax. It made a difference travelling with children to have really good wifi in the bungalow! The views are stunning, watching the sun rise over the surrounding mountains in the morning. We enjoyed watching the ponies, bunnies and ducks in the field behind the cottage and the little train going back and forth throughout the day. The beach, shops , chip shop are just a short walk. We found the locals incredibly friendly and welcoming. There is a little laundrette where you can easily dry any washing . The Welsh sunsets are something else to watch especially if you get lucky and time with the high tide . We used the train most days, easily travelling to Barmouth, Aberdovey, Tywyn and Pwllheli. The train service is cheap, reliable and very enjoyable you canât beat the views from the train. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with a lovely welcome hamper on arrival. We would definitely return to Sealyons , it was such a lovely week thank you.
