Ysgubor Uchaf (ref 29517) and Hen Ysgubor (ref 29518) are situated further up along the farm’s private lane. Hen Ysgubor is a ground floor apartment situated below Ysgubor Uchaf which is the first floor apartment. They overlook the beautiful Mawddach Estuary, just off the coastal road to Fairbourne. Both properties are close for the beautiful Mawddach Estuary footpath and coastal trail/cycle path and direct access from the farm leads down to the golden sands of Fairbourne beach or across the Victorian bridge to Barmouth.
If you wish you can just relax, enjoy a spot of fishing nearby, or the more energetic can enjoy family walks in the idyllic scenery in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Snowdonia National Park. The family run pony trekking and equestrian centre on-site is just on the north side of the farm, and riders and complete beginners are catered for if you wish to ride. Holiday stabling is available by arrangment should you wish to bring your own horse. Shop, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.

Excellent little cottage. In a beautiful location with stunning views. Lots to do near by if you love nature. Horse riding was a masive plus. The cottage did have everything needed and was lovely to arrive to milk and cake so we could have a cuppa after a long drive. Was very warm and cosy and had a great stay.

Very clean and comfortable appartment. Even though it was on a large holiday complex it was very private, with its own secluded gated parking and outdoor seeting area. Would definitely stay there again and recomend to friends and family.
