Beautiful location, fabulous views. Terrace, gardens, rooms all excellent. Beds, living rooms, kitchen, conservatories all very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lots of bathrooms, fitted to a very high standard. Very close to beach and just up the road from Barmouth. A real gem.

We were a party of 9 and every member of the group were highly impressed with the accommodation, the setting and the very warm welcome. We had 4 full days in the area and every minute was superb - plenty to do and when exhausted relaxing on the terrace or in the sitting room , from which the panoramic view of the bay was very therapeutic. Highly recommeded.
