Ty Isaf is an extremely comfortable multi storey flat situated iwithin a stones throw of Barmouth town centre. The owner greeted us upon arrival and explained the layout and facilities, which was a nice change from collecting key from outside key box .Property was absolutely lovely in terms of comfort, heating was brilliant and a well insulated property. The rail/footbridge across the bay was within a 5 minute walk.Overall a thoroughly nice place to stay and the weather was kind to us during our weeks stay. One minor note for the owners , the street light causes some issue with the front bedroom in that the blinds do not block out the light from it.Maybe some alternative is needed such as curtains or blackout blindsThanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely property
