Set in the Snowdonia National Park in a beautiful and secluded location, it is close to many popular tourist attractions. The market town of Dolgellau, 6 miles, and 3 miles from the sandy beaches at Fairbourne and Barmouth. Cadair Idris is 4 miles, whilst Coed-y-Brenin offers good walks and mountain biking. Just a stone’s throw from the Mawddach Estuary. The owners keep bees, chickens and ducks, so eggs, honey and beeswax products are available. Guests have access to the 85-acre smallholding and woodland and there is a bothy and camp fire site available for outdoor cooking or camp fires. Shop and pub 3 miles.

Our stay at the cottage was absolutely wonderful! The hosts were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The surroundings were simply magical beautiful landscapes, forests, and a small stream nearby made us feel like we had stepped into a fairytale. It was the perfect place to relax . We would love to come back one day!

We loved our stay here. We were immediately welcomed and made to feel at home. The cottage is lovely, and well organised. We had everything we needed. P&P are wonderful hosts and it we had interesting conversations about their small holding and the local habitat. Their land has lovely walks and spectacular views of the mountains and estuary. We enjoyed sitting outside the bothy enjoying the sun and views. Weve already booked our next visit.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen, schönen Aufenthalt! Die Lage war sehr ruhig und die Gastgeber freundlich. Es gab Eier und hausgemachte Produkte aus Honig. Da wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir zahlreiche Ausflüge in der Gegend unternehmen.
