Downside was the beds were very saggy in the middle so hubby and I ended up in separate rooms which was a shame. We had booked a different cottage initially and our booking was suddenly cancelled a week before we were due to go, Sykes did not pick up on this; I did and had to chase Sykes to find us another asap. The result was a much bigger property out of the village which was a very lovely cottage but not what we wanted really; small and cosy rather than a huge 3 bedroomed house. However, the area was beautiful and we will be back

The cottage was very comfortable and spacious throughout and it was very well catered for inside. The views from the garden were amazing - we spent most evenings on our own chairs on the top patio, watching the stunning views and different shadings of the mountains. The garden does need a lot of TLC and some comfortable patio furniture would be advantageous.

Everything you could need inside the cottage, really comfortable and tastefully decorated. Could benefit from making more of the garden area and have more seating to enjoy the spectacular views. Although there was some noise from traffic this didn't detract from the perfect setting for easy access to so many places. Support from Mike (Sykes) was excellent in correcting WIFI issues.
