Various steam railways are close by, including Ffestiniog Railway and Pont Croesor station on the Welsh Highland Railway just half a mile away. This property is situated on a busy road in a small village on the edge of the Snowdonia Mountain region, it is ideally located to explore the beautiful scenic North West Wales countryside! The cottage is small, basic and clean and offers great value for money, the village is friendly and has a lovely hotel/bistro which does good food and drinks... We were lucky with the weather and found stunning beaches on breathtaking coastlines, rugged gorges to walk down and mountains to climb up to admire the panoramic views.... a great time was had thank you!

The cottage was small but comfortable and well maintained. It had a cosy living room, a clean bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The rooms were nicely decorated, and the cottage had all the basic facilities needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived.Although there wasn't a property parking space, there was space to park nearby, it a shame that the property did it have a little garden, but there was a local park next door.
