The owner has requested that if booked with 5 people then the second bedroom is ideally suited for children only, this is because there is two single bed's and one separates to make two low beds, which restricts space in the bedroom, the owner also wants to make out the master bedroom is a smaller room and not suitable for those needing a lot of space.

Was pleased to find we could use our Netfix account . Most of all we loved the location. We saw the circular walks you could do from Dinas Mawddwy carpark, but found that some you could do straight from the cottage, which was a bonus. You can also find the walks on the facebook page Llwbrau Mawddwy Paths. Enjoyed taking photos of the falls at the back of the property before & after the rain. Certainly spectacular after a night of rain.

The owner provided Christmas decorations and a welcome pack of goodies. The bed was extremely comfortable even though it took up most of the room. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. However, the cottage needs some maintenance and perhaps a bit of de-cluttering as it was difficult to put things down. The outside food waste bin had not been emptied for a long time and it had food in it which had been infested with maggots. I did enjoy my stay and the surrounding area.

We found the cottage to presented in a lovely homely manner. As some other reviews suggest this property isn’t a show home with the latest everything and brand new sparkling carpets and that’s a good thing ! You can actually breathe and relax especially with a dog. The owner was very responsive friendly and accommodating and the waterfall in the back garden can not be overstated. It’s incredible sitting outside with that as the background. Truly unbelievable Would highly recommend
