Ty'n Y Ffordd is a highly praised cottage, celebrated for its comfort, modern features, and beautiful setting. Guests have enjoyed the games room, outdoor space, and the proximity to local attractions. The warm welcome from the hosts and the cottage's cosiness are frequently mentioned, making it a recommended stay for a relaxing holiday.

The cottage is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with guests expressing satisfaction with the level of cleanliness throughout their stay.

The location is appreciated for its stunning setting and convenience as a base for exploring mid to North Wales, with positive remarks about the surrounding countryside and nearby attractions.

Overall, the cottage is deemed comfortable, with a single mention of a small and wobbly bed with a soft mattress. However, the other beds are described as perfect, and the underfloor heating adds to the comfort.

Facilities like the games room, BBQ, and fire pit are highlighted as fantastic, especially for children. The utility/boot room is also appreciated. One mention of a bed needing potential improvement suggests a slight deduction for maintenance.

While guests have praised the warm welcome and personal touch from the owners, there are no specific mentions of gifts or additional thoughtful gestures that would fall under this category. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage, which is a lovely blend of characterful and modern features. We loved the games room for darts and table football, and thoroughly enjoying roasting marshmallows over the fire pit as the sun set . It's a great base for exploring mid to North Wales, including Barmouth beach, Dyfi Osprey Centre (we luckily saw 3 ospreys and many lizards), Zip World at Betws-Y-Coed, King Arthur's Labyrinth, and the gorgeous surrounding countryside. We loved wathing Red Kites and Buzzards flying overhead, and hearing tawny owls in the evening. The cottage had everything we needed, with the utility/boot room a real bonus with 3 kids. We would certainly recommend this as a place to stay.

Ty'n Y Ffordd is an amazing cottage, which the hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need. We had a lovely week, even the weather was kind to us. Would definitely return.
