Barry houses the ruins of Barry Castle, Knap Gardens, a war museum and Barry Island Pleasure Park, giving guests no shortage of activities to enjoy. Walks along the coast are aplenty, and the bustling city of Cardiff is also within easy reach, brimming with loads of museums, Cardiff City Stadium and Cardiff Castle. From here you can visit the impressive Caerphilly Castle, Bannau Brycheiniog National Park where there is a plethora of walks through the breathtaking scenery and the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which houses a golf course, Goodrich Castle, Wye Valley Butterfly Zoo and the ruins of Tintern Abbey.
