  Hi Rupert and Helen, thank you for the use of your lovely holiday home.

  We loved the lovely spacious open and roomy areas. The WIFI worked well in all areas, hot water was plentiful, beds clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms, showers, all to a very high standard, appreciated by all. On the other hand. On arrival we found all the locks stiff and difficult to turn on entry. Plus key labelling could help. Dirty or poorly cleaned crockery, cookware and frying pan handle had to be put back on, on arrival. Third double bedroom would benefit from some noise attenuation to reduce boiler/water pipes/shower. It disturbed my sons sleep. Also outside seating cushions were wet, the cover not keeping the water out. We have left them dry and in the Games room under the Bar billiards table. Back to the positive, nice to have toys and books for our granddaughter we spent a thoroughly good time having our first family holiday for a long time. The games room was a big hit. We also experienced the aurora borealis during the night of the solar storm this made an extra special experience in the garden. Thank you once again for the welcoming beers.   This was perfect for our needs.

  Facilities were all great and the house was well equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable too. Garden was lovely and kitchen well equipped. Although close to the road it wasn’t noisy. Quirky interior. The minor niggles we found (although didn’t spoil the experience) were as follows; We probably could have done with an extra toilet roll per bathroom with nine people staying 1 per bathroom was not enough. The shower upstairs didn’t drain properly. The downstairs loo handle was tricky to open with trapping fingers. A first aid kit? We couldn’t find one Summer duvets The blind in upstairs room was a bit of a battle. Having said that the positives far outweighed any negatives and only really mentioning as they can be easily rectified for other guests.

  We had a lovely family get together!

  The decor and comfort were amazing! The late check out was a kind gesture The main problem we had was the temperature fluctuations in both showers. All nine of us ended up showering in the bath with a hand held shower attachment. I did ask the owner about this with out any solution. Small things could be improved…. Couple of larger saucepans ( cooking pasta in 2 saucepans wasn’t ideal) Maybe a large Wok A blender Somewhere to hang coats? Shoe rack at the door? These are just small adjustments that would improve the holiday experience. I’m not complaining, just giving suggestions! I’ve rented out holiday villas in spain for many years, so I know what people want! We really had a great time. Thanks very much, Kim and Family

  The house is lovely and kitchen is well equipped.

  Welcome tray was appreciated. The bedrooms are well decorated and beds comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the conservatory with the sun streaming in. Garden will be fab in warmer weather for eating outdoors. Location is great. A few negatives: The directions given by Sykes were incorrect and took us to the wrong area. There are 2 Sea Ways, one in Middleton and this one in Elmer. The directions were to Sea Way Middleton. This needs correcting. The enclosed garden was wonderful but there is a gap under the back gate through which a small dog could escape. It is unfortunate that the beach path is elevated and visible from the house and garden- not great for reactive dogs. We would be very happy to stay there again.

  What a fabulous stay and location for us all.

  Sea way is lovely really hidden away but within easy reach by car to see other local areas Little Hampton, Bognor Regis, Brighton, Chichester and more places of interest. The property backs onto the beach some days we had the beach all to ourselves went in the sea everyday. The garden is private and peaceful with just the sound of the waves. The layout of the house was perfect clean a real home from home feel bedrooms were light and had a fresh feel to them. If you really want a get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life Sea Way is just perfect. Welcome gifts were a lovely touch after a long drive. A real untouched private location by the sea. Loved every minute of it didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much
