Thank you for this lovely place to stay. Warm, comfortable. The beds were a dream! A great place for lots of great walks by the sea. Walsingham Priory - get there early to avoid queues for parking. Blickling Estate is amazing. If you love to cook and like fish use the fishmongers in Cromer as its from their own boat. Good selection of wine and deli food stuff from Bakers and Larners, and the Adnams beer shop. Local Chinese and Indian takeaway are great as well. Visit the pub called The Walpole Arms, and the village cafe/ shop on your return back from Walsingham on the right. Amazing hospitality and soon a distillery at the pub as well. The local tearooms called The Owl and The Cricketers on the green at Aldborough - five stars!

Everything was great; with the exception of the heating. Underfloor heating (downstarirs) wasn't that good and never really felt that warm. sitting room was especially cold, initial logs available, but further logs had to be bought. as this was the only real way of heating downstairs, feel having to pay extra to help keep downstairs warm is a bit mean. radiators up stairs didn't really heat up at all, so was never really very warm. eventually found the switches for the towel rails (these need to be better highlighted) , which did help. But in winter, cold weather the cottage would be really to cold to be enjoyable, especially having to pay an extra £10 for subsequent logs. Everything else was all good.

Absolutely speechless! What a gorgeous bungalow - Rob and Lucie have thought of everything! Its very rare to stay away where everything matches and the attention to detail is just amazing . It was a real treat to stay here and I really didn't want to leave. We are already planning to re-book in the summer. Our eldest (2 years) loved the train set, really thoughtful to have toys for the kids... thank you!! We have also never stayed somewhere with such comfy beds, we have slept sooo well even with a newborn! Highly recommend Sandringham Estate, Roaar, Holkham Estate, and Wells beach. We will be back!

Travel cot provided which was a great help, and all the amenities and little touches made it a very comfortable stay. We were lucky with the weather so really enjoyed the large garden for our two year old to play in, along with the sun loungers and umbrella. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Docking.
