Step indoors to reach the large hallway, with lovely timber flooring underfoot, before venturing into the sitting room, offering the perfect nook to unwind and break away from the group. Be welcomed into the open-plan living space, the social hub of the home, where you can prepare meals in the sleek kitchen, keep on top of your washing in the utility, dine as a six around the dining table, and relax with the woodburning stove alight. As the sun sets, retreat to one of the three bedrooms on offer, all well-appointed and serviced by a family bathroom; select between a double, a twin, and a super king-size with its own, private en-suite shower room. There is also a small river at the bottom of the garden at the rear called the Camoge River, there is a gate and fence separating the house from the river for the safety of young ones.
