Plovers Nest is beautifully furnished and well equipped to accommodate up to 8 adults plus 2 children. The property covers 3 floors with large open plan and glass fronted living space and kitchen with a balcony on the first floor to take advantage of the waterfront views.
Located on a private 450-acre natural reserve, the gated and managed estate comprises of woodland and meadows crossed by three rivers and surrounded by serene lakes. Several lakes can be used for water activities including kayaking and paddleboarding. The Activity Hub which is located less than 10 minutes from the property will hire equipment for water sports and bikes.
The ArtSpa is less than a 5 minutes’ walk from the property and offers an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, eco pool, sauna, steam room and gym, shower and changing facilities. Spa treatments are bookable via the spa. There are tennis courts, football and rugby pitches, children’s play areas, nature trails and cycle tracks to explore. (All facilities are shared with other properties on-site).
Beyond your luxury retreat and within easy reach you will find many famous Cotswold villages and towns such as Cirencester, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway and Cheltenham and Bath. The Cotswold Water Park just along the lane also offers a host of activities including water skiing, cable skiing, archery, shooting, paintballing, golf, aerial adventure, angling, horse riding, sailing, canoeing and rally driving. Cycle tracks, nature trails and fishing are all available locally. There are several pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance and one pub serving food just 1 mile away.

We had a great weekend here. House is large and is well stocked with everything your require for a home away from home. 30 minutes drive to local attractions. Plenty of amenities on site to keep you occupied.

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely accommodation in the perfect location. This was our second time of booking this accommodation and hope to return again at some point next year. Highly recommend for all groups of ages that are active/full mobility.

A lovely comfortable, spacious, well-equipped house in a great location. Really good for a group or family. We loved the Cotswold Water Park and all the amenities on offer. The property manager was responsive and helpful and sent through all the infomation for our stay in good time.
