The Potting Shed, converted in 2022, has been finished to a very high standard to create the perfect place to make lasting memories. Pristine and gracefully furnished, this luxury cottage is set on one level with underfloor heating throughout, enjoy charming views over the surrounding countryside. Guests will love the contemporary open-plan living area space which is stylish and boasts character and light. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area is a great space to enjoy a meal together. After a fun-filled day exploring The Cotswolds why not kick back and spend your evening in the garden with seating to enjoying a glass of wine! The owners have lovingly restored this property and created something truly luxurious. So much detail has gone into it, from the fixtures and fittings to the lighting and soft furnishings. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with access to the garden. There are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, each with their own en-suites.

Surrounded by miles of unspoilt countryside, there are numerous footpaths that pass through the village and lead through fabulous scenery towards the surrounding villages and towns. The Cotswolds is renowned for its beauty, and this is the perfect location to enjoy the local area. There are many opportunities to enjoy a leisurely stroll, energetic ramble, or pleasant bike ride through the countryside. Sailing, water-skiing, riding, golf, trout, and coarse fishing are all available locally both in Lechlade and The Cotswold Water Park.
Nearby in Coln St Aldwyns you will find a village shop and pub. The characterful market towns of both Lechlade and Fairford are close by, with many quintessential Cotswold villages to explore including Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, and plenty of sporting activities to indulge in including water sports, boating on the Thames, fishing, golf, walking and horse riding. The Cotswolds boasts some of the best family attractions and visitors of all ages will be spoilt for choice. The Potting Shed is a spacious cottage with that hard to find combo of three bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms all on one level. It is in excellent order and beds and showers all met our expectations. The only slight caveat is that the low modern seating in the lounge could prove a tad problematic for some people with mobility issues: a situation that applied to our party but for the fact that I always bring my (disassembled) supportive armchair to every cottage. Location wise, this is ideal for the Southern Wolds and the Thames Valley: so it's not centrally located if you simply want to explore the Cotswolds. However, even the Northern Wolds (Broadway etc) is only an hour away. We wouldn't hesitate to use this cottage again: and that's not something we often conclude at the end of a week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Potting Shed. It was very well presented, with good decoration and comfortable beds and sofas. It had everything we needed for a short stay with family. The cottage is in a very quiet village location,surrounded by glorious Cotswold countryside.

The Potting Shed was lovely spot and so centrally located. Each room had a bath which makes it so pleasant for each guest, the kitchen was well stocked with everything. The eggs and chocolate bread both got eaten! It was around the corner from The New Inn which was an incredible spot for dinner.
