We struggled to cook Christmas dinner. The kitchen floor was absolutely filthy. I think it had been swept but not mopped. The oven was filthy and it smelt. It was freezing when we arrived as the heating was set to 14 degrees. We feel it should have been on for when we arrived. The fire in the dining room was out of order. There were no flute glasses and if you are there for a celebration (Christmas), we feel this is a must. We did appreciate the welcome pack which was very nice. There was plenty of space in the living room and dining room. The bathroom was lovely as was the big bedroom.
