A superb private development of holiday homes, situated close to the beach in the traditional east coast holiday resort of Mablethorpe. With its sandy beaches, fair, amusements, Queens Park paddling pools and brightly coloured beach huts, Mablethorpe is a lovely place for a family holiday.
A drive or bus ride south along the coast takes you to Sutton-on-Sea, Sandilands and Anderby Creek, all popular for lovely walks along the seafront or along their sandy beaches. Further south is Fantasy Island and Butlin’s for adventure filled family days out, with Skegness and its funfair and attractions including the Embassy Theatre and Cinema also offering plenty to see and do. To the north is Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary and breeding grounds, which are always well worth a visit during the breeding season with usually around a thousand seal pups born here each year.
Each property has its own lawned garden, perfect for sitting back and relaxing under the starry sky. There are an abundance of cafés, restaurants and bars offering food and drink, as well as food delivery options if required. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

The house at Dawson Park was great. It was clean, spacious and worked well for our long weekend away with family. It is in a good location as it is close enough to walk to the beach or into town without being too close so it remains peaceful. The only thing that I would change is that there is a long list of jobs to complete before check out - more than anywhere else we have stayed (hoovering, mopping, taking the bins out) but check out is still at 10:00 which is the same as everywhere else Ive stayed. I feel that, if were being asked to do most of the cleaning, then check out should be later. We managed as my 1 year old wakes up early anyway and there were 5 adults around to help out, but someone who doesnt want to wake up early will struggle to find time to complete all of the jobs.

We were actually changed to number 8 which had a hot tub and it was lovely, plenty of space very clean and a lovely big garden we couldn’t have asked for more. Just a very short walk to the amazing beach and town, we had some brilliant walks along the coast and we would definitely stay here again. Plus all the people were so friendly and nice

We had a seem less check in everything was ready for our check in time.The cottage was excellent very clean and everything worked as it should do .The garden was great for the dog .Would highly recommend.
