Set within a quiet residential area of Mablethorpe and only 300 yards from a sandy beach, this deceptively large bungalow is the ideal place to stay for a family holiday.
Recently redecorated throughout in 2021, this comfortable property features a sun room overlooking the garden, separate kitchen and dining room and a lovely living room to the front of the property. Within a 300 yard walk is the sandy beach of Mablethorpe where you can enjoy breakfast at the beachfront café, paddle in the sea and see who can build the biggest sandcastle. Mablethorpe is a traditional seaside resort with sandy beaches and something for all the family to enjoy. There is the Seal Sanctuary and Nature Centre and the Queen’s Park with its lakes and swings, or visit the beach and enjoy the amusements. Sutton-on-Sea is approximately 3 miles with more lovely beaches. Anderby Creek is just over 8 miles, Chapel Saint Leonards is 11 miles and the traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 18 miles.
Visit the Lincolnshire Wolds town of Horncastle, famous for its curio and antique shops, or the Georgian market town of Louth. Lincolnshire offers an abundance of great walks and cycles routes, and many can be enjoyed right from the doorstep. A wonderful stretch of unspoilt coastline can be found at the rspb nature reserve at Gibraltar Point, 22 miles down the coast. Beach 1 mile.

Lovely accommodation in nice quiet location but within easy reach of town. Just across the road from the beach. Accommodation had everything we needed, beds comfortable, nice little garden. Plenty of space for the grandchildren who enjoyed the playroom, ourselves and our dog.

Our second year at Joe's place we love it. It's so convenient for the town, field for our dog and the beach.The enclosed garden is perfect for our dog and our grandson loves the playroom.I do choose to cook on holiday as it gets very expensive eating out all of the time so my only moan would be the kitchen equipment needs an upgrade, not all of the pans work on the hob and some more baking trays and bowls. Otherwise this place is perfect and we will be booking again for next year.
