With its own garden with a private hot tub and games room, it provides the ideal holiday base for any family wishing to explore. Mablethorpe, just 4 miles has ‘Kids Adventure World’ ideal visit for those wet days whilst Skegness just 12 miles, has entertainments for all ages with Europe’s biggest classic ferris wheel, Hardy’s animal farm and Natureland Seal Sanctuary to name a few. Well positioned for towns such as Alford, Horncastle, Lincoln and Boston which are all within easy access. There are castles, country houses, windmills and market towns to explore as well as walking or cycling in the Lincolnshire Wolds which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or follow the World War II Bomber trail steeped in aviation history. Links golf course 1 mile. Shops and pub 100 yards.

This is a great place to stay with family. Lots of space! Comfy bedrooms, nice modern bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet with washbasin too. Two lounges with lovely sofas. Room for everyone to relax. Nice little games room with pool table and darts and a fab hot tub! Well equipped kitchen with dining table plus an outside dining set, great for summer meals outdoors. The beach is about 3 minutes walk away. Plenty of room to park three cars. Overall a perfect place for a relaxing get together.
