Please note: This property has a £500 security deposit.. Northolme Hall is a superb Georgian hall set in stunning grounds, along with a separate Elizabethan cottage (20 yards from the hall). Sleeping upto 20 guests in total, they benefit from an indoor heated swimming pool, as well a tennis court, play park for the younger ones and a games area with pool table, table tennis table and air hockey table. The little ones will love the Victorian mansion playhouse, while parents can relax on the sun loungers within the patio area. The hall and the cottage enjoy a beautiful 3-acre landscaped garden, complete with sitting-out areas, garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for having a large family gathering or celebrating that special occasion. Together, the properties comprise three living rooms, two kitchens, secret playroom and a dining room with enough seating for 22 people, making sure that guests have ample space to enjoy their holiday. If that isn’t enough, one of the bedrooms doubles as a cinema room too!
Located on the outskirts of the medieval market town of Wainfleet All Saints, Northolme Hall provides a secluded setting for holidaymakers searching for some peace and tranquillity, yet still lies within easy reach of the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, with sandy beaches, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, fairground and amusements. Wainfleet All Saints has a weekly market, small supermarket, traditional pubs, shops and the famous Batemans Brewery visitor centre, which also has tours available. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Had my 60th birthday with my family the owner decorated the room got me a cake bottle wine and cheese board which was a nice touch we all had a great time house and gardens was amazing every room spotless all the kids loved the pool already looking to book again thank you .

I've been on plenty of staycations around the UK with a private indoor pool to have realistic expectations. However, Northolme, in comparison, was the least welcoming and I've never had to contact the owner as frequently as I did at Northolme to troubleshoot basics like heating and water. Given the capacity of the place is 21 people you'd expect hot water to showers to suffice. However, on 2 of the days of our stay, day 1, the pool showers ran cold as the pilot light had to be reset. This was reset promptly. But on day 3 after showering 2 children. The showers ran cold again. A message from the owner stating it's not a hotel with infinite amounts of water was not helpful. I can't see how showering 2 children would have emptied the water tank. The water tank refill time of 1 hour was inaccurate as 2 adults swam and showered 4 hours earlier, so the warm showering capacity for even 4 people didn't suffice, even when staggered. Also, on arrival, the heating could have been switched on to make Northolme more welcoming. It was a cold Monday in February. The property advertises a wonderful outdoor play area. But it is redundant when it's covered with bird droppings. There was a water outlet besides it, if a hose was placed there we would have washed it down for the children to use the slides or again as a welcome to the stay, the owner could have arranged for it to be washed down to welcome our arrival. It was a half term break with 4 families and their children so in the past owners have preempted this and arranged such. But in Northolmes' case, it was clearly unkept for a while with the amount of droppings. Basics like 1 bin liner for 21 people, only 1 decent sized plaster in the first aid box, no foil, salt, pepper (some outdated excuse of covid given), no bins in rooms only in the bathroom and door knobs of bedrooms and bathrooms falling off. I could over look the small things but heating and hot water I can't.
