Little Steeping has a pub serving food within a 1-mile stroll, and nearby the market towns of Spilsby and Wainfleet offer a good selection of shops, restaurants, pubs and amenities. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is about 20 minutes’ drive to the east with plenty for all the family to enjoy, or simply a long walk along the sandy beaches. The Lincolnshire Wolds, which offer many miles of walks and cycle routes, are within 30 minutes’ drive and there are lots of Wolds villages tea rooms and pubs for food and refreshment on your travels. Pub and restaurant 1 mile, shop 3 miles.

Lack of information regarding the area the freezer in the property was frozen solid and completely unusable there was no tin opener the upstairs bathroom sink was incapable of holding water the plug didn’t work the downstairs shower was dangerously slippery the furniture in the lounge area was extremely uncomfortable and there is no information /instructions at all on the electrical equipment re cooker / hob the welcome pack was very good we decided after 3 days to return home so I found it a extremely disappointing experience definitely wouldn’t recommend this holiday spot

Fantastic place to stay, overlooking the open fields wether you want quiet and tranquil or days out nearby.We spent days at skegness and Mablethorpe, and a local woodland walk we found wasn't much in spilsby itself.As a bit of feedback I would suggest maybe a little picket fence around the patio area, the house can get quite warm and only one small window in the living area other than having the door open so a little fence would make more family and pet friendly in those situations, would looking for dyson farming property to stay at again

We very much enjoyed our stay in Pippin. If you love complete quiet, wide open views across whispering grasses, and peace away from the hustle and bustle of towns, then Pippin is for you. The space was well thought out, with comfortable beds and storage space for everything you bring with you. Further afield is the sandy Lincolnshire coast, and there are many places to stop and enjoy it, from Skegness to Anderby Creek, or you may prefer Gibraltar Point with wide views over the Wash.
